Your breath is the fastest lever on your nervous system. Breathe & Let Go makes pulling it a daily habit.
Follow the rhythm.
Pick a pattern and breathe with it — the app guides each phase with calm visuals, sound cues, and haptics, so you can close your eyes and just breathe. Ten presets cover the classics: box breathing for focus, 4-7-8 for winding down, pranayama for balance, an energizing cadence for mornings. And when none of them is quite yours, the custom pattern builder lets you set every phase to the second.
No account, no setup. Works offline and with the app in the background. Open the app, tap, breathe.

A practice you can see.
Every session lands in your history — pattern, duration, date. Streaks show the days you showed up, and insights add it all up: total sessions, total time breathing, your average session. Progress in breathwork is quiet by nature; the numbers make it visible.
End a session early when you need to — it still counts.

Your breath stays your business.
Everything lives in an on-device database — sessions, streaks, settings. No account, no sign-up, no server of ours in the middle. On iOS you can optionally sync to your own iCloud; on Android, back up to a cloud folder you choose. Uninstall the app and the local data is gone.
Works fully offline — on a plane, in a basement, anywhere.

Questions, mostly pre-empted.
What is Breathe & Let Go?
Breathe & Let Go is a guided breathing app for calm, focus, and sleep. You pick a pattern — box breathing, 4-7-8, pranayama — and the app guides each phase with calm visuals, sound cues, and haptics. Sessions are recorded in your history, streaks track your consistency, and insights show your practice adding up over time.
What breathing patterns are included?
Ten presets: Four Corners (classic box breathing, 4·4·4·4), Long Exhale (the 4-7-8 wind-down), Balanced Pause (a pranayama rhythm), Bright Start (an energizing morning cadence), Even Flow, Steady Five, Three-Point Calm, Soft Release, Slow Tide, and Ocean Wave (ujjayi). Every pattern is available from your first session.
Can I create my own breathing pattern?
Yes. The custom pattern builder lets you set each phase — inhale, hold, exhale, hold — to the exact second, from 1 to 99 seconds per phase. If the perfect cadence exists for you, you can build it here.
Is Breathe & Let Go a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase — pay once, own it forever. The Free tier gives you the complete app with a three-sessions-per-day cap. Premium is a single in-app purchase that removes the cap. No recurring fees, no account required.
Is my data private?
Your sessions, streaks, and settings live in an on-device database. There is no account and no server of ours. On iOS you can optionally sync to your own iCloud; on Android you back up to a cloud folder you choose (Drive, Dropbox, or local storage). The app uses Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous crash reports — that is the only data that leaves the device, and it contains nothing about your sessions. Uninstall the app and your local data is gone.
Does it work offline?
Fully. Sessions, patterns, history, streaks, and settings never need a connection. Optional iCloud sync or backup resumes when you're back online. You can breathe on a plane.
What devices are supported?
Breathe & Let Go runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.1+), on Android phones and tablets, and on Apple silicon Macs via Designed for iPad. With a hardware keyboard on iPad or Mac, Space starts, pauses, and resumes a session, and Esc stops it. Dark and light themes are supported on all platforms.
Is breathwork medical advice?
No. Breathe & Let Go is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Breathing exercises are generally gentle, but if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, or feel dizzy during a session, stop and consult a qualified professional.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. On Android, request a refund through your Google Play account. We cannot process refunds directly, but the platform procedures are quick and straightforward.
