Using Breathe & Let Go means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent.

Your License to Use Breathe & Let Go

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install Breathe & Let Go on your personal devices.
• Use Breathe & Let Go for personal, non-commercial wellness practice.
• Track your sessions, streaks, and progress.

You may NOT:

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
• Use Breathe & Let Go for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass the purchase flow or the free tier's daily session limit.

Your Content and Feedback

Your practice data belongs to you. It is stored on your device, and you can delete it anytime by uninstalling the app.

By using Breathe & Let Go, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the app. This license ends when you delete your data.

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Breathe & Let Go without compensation. This helps us build a better app for everyone.

Intellectual Property

Breathe & Let Go, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use the Breathe & Let Go name or branding without written permission.

Premium Features

One-Time Purchase

Breathe & Let Go offers a one-time premium purchase through the App Store or Google Play that removes the free tier's daily session limit indefinitely.

Billing

• Apple or Google charges your account when you confirm the purchase.
• There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

Refunds

Apple and Google manage refunds according to their policies. Request refunds through Apple Support or your Google Play account.

Data and Privacy

Your sessions and stats belong to you. They live on your device. We cannot access them.

Delete your data anytime by uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

IMPORTANT: Breathe & Let Go IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Not Medical Advice

• Breathe & Let Go is a general wellness tool that guides breathing exercises.
• We are not licensed medical professionals, psychologists, or therapists.
• The app does not treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including anxiety, insomnia, or panic disorders.
• Session records and stats are for personal tracking only and carry no medical meaning.

Practice Safely

• If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular, respiratory, or other medical condition, consult a qualified professional before starting breathing exercises.
• If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell during a session, stop immediately and breathe normally.
• Never practice breathing exercises while driving or operating machinery.
• You are solely responsible for your own wellbeing during practice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREATHE & LET GO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
• Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe.
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components.
• Practicing with the app will produce specific health or wellness outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of Data: loss or corruption of your practice data.
• Personal Injury: any injury or adverse effect arising from practicing breathing exercises.
• Costs of Substitute Services: finding alternative apps or services.
• Any Other Intangible Losses.

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything).

Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, an EU member state. Romanian law aligns with EU regulations, including GDPR for data protection.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern:

1. Contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues informally.
2. EU residents can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
3. Legal proceedings must be brought in Romanian courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and the developer. They replace any prior understandings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we add features or when laws change. We will:

• Post the revised Terms in the app and on this page.
• Update the date shown at the top.

Review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Breathe & Let Go after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
